Isn't it strange how a 20 dollar bill seems like such a large amount when you donate it to church, but such a small amount when you go shopping? Isn't it strange how 2 hours seem so long when you're at church, and how short they seem when you're watching a good movie? Isn't it strange that you can't find a word to say when you're praying, but you have no trouble thinking what to talk about with a friend? Isn't it strange how difficult and boring it is to read one chapter of the Bible, but how easy it is to read 100 pages of a popular novel or ZANE GREY book? Isn't it strange how everyone wants front-row-tickets to concerts or games, but they do whatever is possible to sit at the last row in Church? Isn't it strange how we need to know about an event for Church 2-3 weeks before the day so we can include it in our agenda, but we can adjust it for other events at the last minute? Isn't it strange how difficult it is to learn a fact about God to share it with others, but how easy it is to learn, understand, extend and repeat gossip? Isn't it strange how we believe everything that magazines and newspapers say, but we question the words in the Bible? Isn't it strange how everyone wants a place in heaven, but they don't want to believe, do, or say anything to get there? Isn't it strange how we send jokes in e-mails and they are forwarded right away, but when we are going to send messages about God, we think about it twice before we share it with others? Well where should I start, My name is Edwin but most people call me Eddy or Humanfx, I got the Humanfx name by one of my other talents which is Beatboxing I was given that name back in High School Because thats what I was known for and well I liked it so I just got stuck with it ever since. The type of guy that I consider myself I would say that am very outgoing and Funny as well as Romantic. I love music thats why I became a musician in the first place and a Beatboxer as well, just in case I dont like the beat I add my own style to it and make it sound better and about music I would say that I like all types because as a musician you have to have an open mind for every style, but what I really enjoy listening to is Christian music. My favorite color I would have to say that its Red as you can tell lol because it stands for Love and Passion, My favorite Numbers are 1,2,5 and 7, I like the number 2 because it takes 2 to do alot of things, 5 Because my name has 5 letters, 7 Because is the perfect number thats when God rested after creating Earth and also Because my birthday is on the 7th month which is July And 1.... EVENTOS
One day, a man went to visit a church. He got there early, parked his car and
got out. Another car pulled up near him. The driver got out and said, 'I
always park there! You took my place!'
The visitor went inside for Sunday School, found an empty seat and sat down. A
young lady from the church approached him and stated, 'That's my seat!
You took my place!'
The visitor was somewhat distressed by this rude welcome, but said nothing.
After Sunday School, the visitor went into the sanctuary and sat down.
Another member walked up to him and said, 'That's where I always sit!
You took my place!'
The visitor was even more troubled by this treatment, but still He said
nothing.
Later as the congregation was praying for Christ to dwell among them, the
visitor stood up, and his appearance began to change. Horrible scars became
visible on his hands and on his sandaled feet. Someone from the congregation
noticed him and cal led ou t, 'What happened to you?'
The visitor replied, as his hat became a crown of thorns, and a tear fell from
his eye, 'I took your place.'
When you receive this, say a prayer. That's all you have to do. There is
nothing attached.

En un pueblito de zona rural en los años 50, se produjo una larga sequía que amenazaba con dejar en la ruina a todos sus habitantes, debido a que subsistían con el fruto del trabajo del campo. A pesar de que la mayoría de sus habitantes eran creyentes, ante la situación límite, marcharon a ver al pastor de la iglesia y le dijeron: - "Pastor, si Dios es tan poderoso, pidámosle que envíe la lluvia necesaria para revertir esta angustiante situación."
- "Está bien, le pediremos al Señor, pero deberá haber una condición indispensable."
- "¡Díganos cuál es!", respondieron todos.
- "Hay que pedírselo con fe, con mucha fe", contestó el pastor.
- "¡Así lo haremos, y también vendremos a los cultos de la iglesia todos los días!"
Los campesinos comenzaron a ir al templo todos los días, pero las semanas transcurrían y la esperada lluvia no se hacía presente. Un día, fueron todos a enfrentar al pastor y reclamarle: - "Pastor, usted nos dijo que si le pedíamos con fe a Dios que enviara las lluvias, El iba a acceder a nuestras peticiones. Pero ya van varias semanas y no obtenemos respuesta alguna."
- "¿Han ustedes pedido con fe verdadera?", les preguntó el pastor.
- "¡Sí, por supuesto!", respondieron al unísono.
- "Entonces, si dicen haber pedido con Fe Verdadera... ¿porqué durante todos estos días ni uno solo de ustedes ha traído el paraguas?"
